Christina has been with the Firm since 1996, where she is currently an associate. Her energy practice includes advising clients including credit institutions and project developers on a wide range of energy regulatory and project development related issues, including licensing, incentives and financial capacity considerations. Christina represents international conventional energy producers on the development of innovative electricity generation projects in Greece and the trade in electricity on the wholesale market and obtaining licenses. She has also been extensively involved in drafting secondary legislation and standard form contracts. On the environmental side, she advises on the regulations in place governing electrical and electronic waste and the transportation of dangerous goods. Christina has considerable experience in the area of labour law, in particular advising on the regulatory and legislative framework governing employment and the employment law issues arising in all types of corporate transaction. She undertakes company formation and ongoing corporate governance, assisting clients in issues arising in the conduct of their day-to-day business. Christina also advises on data protection compliance issues and undertakes notifications to the Data Protection Authority.
