Christina joined the Firm in 2000 and is an associate. She has extensive experience in advising in relation to all matters arising from mergers, acquisitions and listings of companies on the Athens Exchange, in particular the conduct of due diligence reviews, as well as share capital increases. Christina undertakes company formation and structuring, ongoing corporate governance and compliance with the regulations in place. She advises on the rights and duties of directors, payment of dividends, exercise of stock options and formation of stock option structures. Christina also advises clients in their entry into all types of commercial agreement, in particular agency, distribution, lease, share sale and purchase and share contribution agreements.
