Dionysios is an associate with the Firm which he joined in 2008. He advises on merger and acquisition as well as privatisation transactions, with a focus on due diligence reviews, negotiations and drafting of transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements, and shareholders’ agreements. On the banking side, Dionysios has experience in the preparation of facility agreements and security documents in renewable energy project finance transactions and advises on corporate restructuring and reorganisation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Dionysios held associate positions with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in Paris. He also clerked for Justice Pierre Guerder of the French Supreme Court (Cour de Cassation). Dionysios has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2007.
