Dionysis Flambouras

Dionysis is an associate at the Firm which he joined in 2004. He advises on secured and unsecured, syndicated and non-syndicated lending transactions, acquisition and asset finance agreements and bond issues, and the different types of security and guarantees granted in secured financings. Dionysis also has experience in the negotiation and drafting of loan and security documents related to the financing of the design, construction, operation and maintenance of major projects in the infrastructure and the renewable energy sectors. He has been involved in transactions involving acquisitions by SPVs of non-performing loan portfolios originating from leading Greek banks. Prior to joining the Firm, Dionysis worked with Eurobank, London and Thomas Cooper in London and Athens.
