Evi has been with the Firm since 2000. She has extensive experience in the drafting of all types of commercial agreements. Evi’s clients include companies for which she works on an ongoing basis and who turn to her for assistance with company law issues arising in the conduct of their day-to-day business, including the drafting of company establishment and corporate documentation, employment contracts and compliance with the regulatory framework. She also has acted in numerous share transfers, establishment of subsidiaries and internal restructurings. Evi’s experience in the area of environmental law includes advising on the regulatory and legislative framework in place, with a focus on liability arising from environmental pollution.
