Kostas is an associate with the Firm which he joined in 2008. He has considerable experience in the area of Company & Commercial law, in particular in the establishment of companies, drafting of constitutional documentation, setting up of subsidiaries of foreign companies and negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. Kostas’ litigation practice includes representing clients in both civil and commercial disputes, with a focus on enforcement and debt recovery proceedings, as well as disputes arising from all types of contractual relationships. Kostas has also acted in disputes arising from breach of environmental legislations and the performance and termination of agency and distribution agreements.
