Lambros joined the Firm in 2000 and is joint Head of the Company & Commercial Department. He has a substantial practice focused on providing ongoing advice to companies from a highly diversified range of industries, including car manufacturing, software and IT, in relation to the full range of issues arising in the course of their business operations, their entry into commercial agreements, company formation, corporate governance and compliance requirements. Lambros also has extensive experience of acting in mergers, acquisitions and internal restructurings. He has represented clients in numerous product liability disputes and the protection of intellectual and industrial property. Prior to joining the Firm, Lambros worked for the Intracom group of companies and Toyota Hellas.
