Maria is an associate at the Firm which she joined in 2008. She has experience in company acquisitions and disposals, mergers and privatisations. Maria represents clients in their entry into all types of commercial contracts including joint ventures, product development, manufacturing, technology and know-how transfer and licensing agreements. She advises on the protection and exploitation of industrial and intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents and copyright. Maria undertakes company formation and ongoing corporate governance and represents clients in acquiring licenses and compliance with their regulatory and legislative requirements, in particular in the area of telecommunications and media.
