Nikoleta is an associate at the Firm which she joined in 2004. Her expertise lies in advising on company structure and establishment and all matters arising in the conduct of their day-to-day business. She regularly participates in due diligence reviews and has experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and lease agreements. Nikoleta is experienced in advising on the protection and enforceability of intellectual property rights including trademarks, licenses and brands.
