Nikos joined the Firm in 1995 and is Head of the Capital Markets and Tax and joint Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Departments. He has vast experience in primary listings and secondary offerings of securities, acquisitions of, and take-over bids for, listed companies and has also been heavily involved in numerous privatizations of State-owned companies. Nikos advises on the structure of and financing for a variety of mergers and acquisitions, including take-over bids, corporate reorganization and restructuring and taxation of securities.
