Managing Partner

Panayotis has been the Managing Partner of the Firm since 1984 and has an active, broad-based commercial practice. He is particularly well known for his EU & Competition practice, having represented a number of high profile clients in alleged cartel cases heard before the Greek Competition Commission. Panayotis has extensive experience in all types of Dispute Resolution, representing his clients in civil and administrative actions before the high court and in numerous arbitrations, as well as acting as arbitrator in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Panayotis leads the Project Finance & PPPs team and has been heavily involved in many of the major concession projects undertaken in Greece including the development of motorways, advising concessionaires, lending banks and contracting authorities. His vast experience in Privatisations includes an impressive track record of involvement in the major, groundbreaking transactions to have taken place in Greece.
