Pelina is an associate with the Firm which she joined in 2007. She advises on data and consumer protection legislation and undertakes the establishment of companies, partnerships and foundations as well as ongoing corporate governance. She also has experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including distribution, franchising, construction and lease agreements.
