Ria is an associate with the Ffirm which she has been with since 2006. She advises clients in their entry into all types of commercial agreements, including joint ventures, agency and distribution agreements. Ria also undertakes company formation and ongoing corporate governance, assisting clients in issues arising in the conduct of their day-to-day business. She also has experience in the area of public procurement, in particular advising clients in their participation in public tender proceedings, including compliance with the regulatory requirements in place.
