Yannis joined the Firm in 1983 and is Head of Food & Beverages, Medicinal Products & Medical Devices and the Intellectual Property, IT & Data Protection Departments. He has extensive experience in the protection and enforceability of intellectual and industrial property rights including copyright, licenses, trademarks and brands. Yannis is specialised in the areas of pharmaceutical products and medical devices and food and beverages, advising clients which include some of the largest manufacturers and distributors in Greece in these fields, on parallel trade issues, clinical trial procedures, labelling and packaging and the market regulation of food and beverages.
