Our Intellectual Property, IT and Data Protection Department assists our clients in the protection of  their brands, products, data and privacy. The value of the advice we offer is added to by the experience gained by the department head, Yannis Chryssospathis, in various key roles in the sector, such as representative of the Association of Greek Industrialists at the Patents’ Working Party of the Union of Industrial and Employers Confederation of Europe and the Standing Advisory Committee before the European Patent Office (SACEPO). Yannis is currently acting head of the industrial property department of the Greek Pharmaceutical Industries’ Association.

  • notifications to the Data Protection Authority, including of the transfer of data outside the EU and of global web-based systems
  • participation in multi-jurisdictional surveys involving advising on the interface of data protection laws with other relevant legislation including privacy of electronic communications
